Small Group Training!!
“What’s trending?” -Talk about a major buzz word in our culture: We stay current, day by day, even hour by hour on what’s trending. We follow the trends that we engage in, that we wish we could engage in, and, in effect, those that our friends turn us on to. Small Group Training has become increasingly common these last few years and, in my opinion, is what’s trending. In certain fitness circles, small group training is definitely a buzz word. And just what’s so special about Small Group Training anyway? First, let’s try defining it: Small Group Training is 4-10 people training at the same time. (Well, that was easier then I thought.) Okay, let’s move on to the benefits of Small Group Training. This type of training consists of all types- men, women, shapes and sizes, strengths and weaknesses. If your Small Group Training is fun and exciting, then chances are at some point it becomes a close-knit group. As a result, most will have common goals, aiming to get in shape and/or become healthier together. Small Group Training becomes a community where we can feed off each other and push each other in a healthy way. Let’s face it, lack of motivation is a huge issue and one of the main reasons people don’t exercise. Now, wouldn’t it be nice to go somewhere and have a group of people much like you that can help push and motivate you…???
