Concepts in Flexibility Training

In Today's society, almost everyone is plagued by postual imbalances due mostly as a result of a sedentary lifestyle, technology and repetitive movements. We sit for long hours in offices that lead to dramatic increases in work- related injuries, including low back pain and neck pain. As trainers it is important for us to get the population to realise flexibility training is an important way to help aid in preventing and treating various neuromuscular injuries.-NASM
