PHASES OF TRAINING

            Movement Prep-

Our movement prep is designed to help correct muscle and postural imbalances. These imbalances can contribute to injuries whether performing everyday tasks at home or during exercise.  Our goal is to reduce the risk of injury by enhancing proper mobility, flexibility and range of motion. Our goal is to get you to move better so you can feel better!!

           Stabilization Endurance-

The focus of this form of training is to increase muscular endurance and stability while developing optimal coordination.

          Strength Endurance-

The emphasis is to maintain stabilization endurance while increasing over all strength.

 

 

 

          Power-

With power we focus on the development of speed and power.

          HIIT Training-

We firmly believe developing a strong cardiorespiratory system has some of the most important health benefits. Whether you’re looking to burn some extra calories, improve cardiovascular endurance or just like to sweat, our HIIT programming is right for you!
